• All quotes provided by Beyond Stone QLD are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
• Prices may change due to supplier price increases, material availability, freight costs, or changes requested by the customer.
• Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of preparation.
• Any additional work, materials, measurements, modifications, or services not included in the original quote may incur additional charges.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once:

• The customer approves the quotation;
• Required deposits or payments have been received; and
• Beyond Stone QLD confirms acceptance of the order.

Once an order has been accepted, cancellation or changes may only be made with our written approval and may be subject to additional costs.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or invoice provided to the customer.

The customer agrees to:

• Pay all amounts by the due dates specified;
• Provide accurate billing and contact information; and
• Pay any applicable charges associated with overdue payments.

Failure to make payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or cancellation of the order.

5. Natural Stone Variations

Natural stone is a unique product formed by nature. Variations in:

• Colour
• Texture
• Veining
• Patterns
• Shade
• Surface characteristics
• Minor imperfections

are natural features and are not considered defects.

Images, samples, and displays are intended as a guide only. The final product may vary from samples viewed before purchase.

6. Product Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery or collection.

Any concerns regarding damage, incorrect products, or visible issues must be reported to Beyond Stone QLD within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the goods.

Claims made after installation, alteration, or use of products may not be accepted where the issue could have been identified before installation.

7. Measurements and Site Information

Where measurements or site details are provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for ensuring the information is accurate.

Beyond Stone QLD is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or incorrect outcomes caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

8. Delivery

Delivery dates provided by Beyond Stone QLD are estimates only and may be affected by:

• Supplier availability
• Manufacturing requirements
• Weather conditions
• Transport delays
• Circumstances outside our control.

Beyond Stone QLD will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timeframes but does not guarantee specific delivery dates unless agreed in writing.

9. Installation Services

Where installation services are provided:

• The customer must ensure the site is accessible and ready for installation
• The customer must provide safe working conditions
• Existing structures must be suitable for installation
• Additional preparation work may incur extra charges

Beyond Stone QLD is not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable site conditions, structural issues, or work performed by other contractors.

10. Cancellations and Changes

Due to the customised nature of many stone products, cancellations or changes after production has commenced may not be possible.

If cancellation is approved, the customer may be responsible for:

• Costs already incurred
• Materials purchased
• Labour completed
• Supplier charges
• Other reasonable expenses

11. Warranty and Consumer Rights

Our products and services are provided in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Stone QLD is not responsible for indirect loss, consequential loss, delays, or costs arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the remedies available under applicable Australian laws.
